Strictly using only Saga-grown rice, this Saga sake is made with Yamada-nishiki kake-mai (sake rice used for fermentation) produced by our local contracted farm, Ikemako.
This sake perfectly conveys the desire of its brewers for more and more people to enjoy the delicious flavor to Saga sake wines. With its elegant, rich aroma, mellow sweetness, and gentle flavor, this sake is recommended for women and people who do not usually drink sake.
